My Lord and my God,
I offer You this day. I offer You my prayers, works, joys and sufferings of this day in union with the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass being offered throughout the world. I offer them in humble reparation for my sins and for the conversion of sinners. Merciful Father, I come before You as Your child.
I ask You to fill my heart with gratitude for the gift of a new day and with trust in Your goodness and provision. I desire only Your will for my life and the lives of all those You place in my path today.
I make my morning offering praying,"O Jesus, through the Immaculate Heart of Mary, I offer You my prayers, works, joys, and sufferings of this day in union with the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass throughout the world.
I offer them for all the intentions of Your Sacred Heart: the salvation of souls, reparation for sin, and the honor and glory of God the Father." Dearest Mother Mary, I ask you to intercede for me before your Son. Guide my thoughts, words and actions this day according to His will.
Open my eyes to the opportunities He places before me to love and serve Him and my neighbor. Help me to see the image of Christ in all those I encounter and treat them accordingly.
Grant me compassion for those who are suffering in any way and the wisdom to comfort and assist them as the Holy Spirit directs. O God, Supreme Truth, grant that I may think with true and right judgment concerning yourself; direct my intellectual faculties and my will according to Your good pleasure.
May my understanding and affections be entirely subordinated to Your infinite wisdom and boundless love. Blot out all ignorance from my mind, and remove all disorder from my heart. I want to see and to love all things in and for You.
My Jesus, meek and humble of heart, make my heart like Yours. Detach it from the love of creatures and fill it with love for You alone. To Your immaculate heart, I commit and consecrate my body and soul, my thoughts, words and actions, my whole life, now and forever. Guard, O most pure heart of Mary, and preserve me from every taint of sin.
Obtain for me a perfect love of Jesus Christ. Jesus, may all that I think, say and do be for Your greater glory. Give me grace today to see Your will and follow it in all things joyfully.
Make me mindful of my dependence on You and deliver me from undue self-will. Unto You I pray and unite my will with Yours. Guide my steps and grant me wisdom, peace and love in abundance that I may better serve as Your hands and feet on earth. Heavenly Father, I thank You for the gift of this new day.
I thank You for Your mercy and kindness, for Your patience with all my failings. Thank You for the opportunity to know You and to walk in Your will. Thank You for all those You have put in my life for good. I place this day in Your loving hands, dear Lord. Fill me afresh with Your Holy Spirit and use me for Your purposes alone. I pray in Jesus' name.
