Hello, friends. I’m so glad to have you with me today. I want to talk to you about how God is breaking every curse that’s preventing you from moving forward. You may have some things in your past that are holding you back, some mistakes you’ve made, some people who hurt you, some generational curses that have been passed down to you. You may feel like you’re stuck in a cycle of defeat, of lack, of mediocrity. But I have good news for you today: God has a plan to set you free from every curse and to propel you into your destiny.
You see, the Scripture says in Galatians 3:13, “Christ redeemed us from the curse of the law by becoming a curse for us” . That means that when Jesus died on the cross, He took all the curses that were against us and He put them on Himself. He paid the price for our freedom. He broke the power of sin and death over our lives. He made us righteous in God’s eyes. He gave us access to His blessings and favor.
But here’s the key: You have to receive what He has done for you by faith. You have to believe that you are free from every curse and that you are blessed by God. You have to stop speaking negative words over your life and start speaking positive words. You have to stop agreeing with the enemy and start agreeing with God. You have to stop living in the past and start living in the present.
You may say, “How can I do that? How can I change my mindset? How can I break free from these curses?” Well, let me give you three simple steps that will help you:
- First, you have to identify the curses that are affecting your life. Maybe it’s a curse of poverty, of sickness, of addiction, of depression, of divorce, of failure. Maybe it’s something that runs in your family or something that happened to you personally. Whatever it is, you have to name it and expose it.
- Second, you have to renounce the curses and reject them from your life. You have to say, “I don’t accept this curse anymore. I don’t believe this lie anymore. I don’t receive this limitation anymore. I don’t belong to this bondage anymore.” You have to declare with your mouth that you are free from every curse by the blood of Jesus.
- Third, you have to replace the curses with blessings. You have to speak God’s promises over your life. You have to say, “I am blessed with God’s favor. I am blessed with God’s health. I am blessed with God’s abundance. I am blessed with God’s peace. I am blessed with God’s purpose.” You have to affirm with your mouth that you are blessed by God and nothing can stop you.
Friends, if you will do these three steps consistently and faithfully, I believe that you will see a change in your life. You will see God breaking every curse that’s preventing you from moving forward. You will see God opening new doors for you, restoring what was lost, healing what was broken, increasing what was diminished, fulfilling what was promised.
You are not a victim; you are a victor. You are not cursed; you are blessed. You are not stuck; you are moving forward. You are not defeated; you are victorious.
Now, I want to pray for you today.
Prayer to Lift Curses
Father, in the name of Jesus, I thank You for every person who is listening to this message right now. I thank You that You love them and that You have a plan for their lives. I thank You that You sent Your Son Jesus to die for them and to break every curse over them. I thank You that by His stripes they are healed, by His blood they are cleansed, by His grace they are saved.
Father, I ask You right now to touch every person who is struggling with any kind of curse in their lives. I ask You to set them free from every bondage, every lie, every limitation, every hindrance that is holding them back from Your best for them.
Father, I declare right now that they are free from every curse and that they are blessed by You. I declare that they have Your favor, Your health, Your abundance, Your peace, Your purpose in their lives.
Father, I ask You to show them Your goodness and Your mercy in a new way today. I ask You to surprise them with Your love and Your power today.
Father, I thank You that You are breaking every curse that’s preventing them from moving forward and that You are propelling them into their destiny.
